Real board governance demands a level of security, audit fidelity, and service continuity that no free platform can deliver — there's always a cut corner: ads, data harvesting, weak audit trail, or eventual sunset. So there's no free tier of TrueBoard, but there is a 60-day free trial of the full product — no reduced features, no setup fee, no charge until day 60. If TrueBoard isn't right, cancel and we'll prepare an export of your data on request for a reasonable fee.

Almost none. There's no setup fee, no per-seat pricing, no minimum contract, and nothing locked behind add-ons — every plan includes the full TrueBoard platform. The only line item beyond your monthly tier is storage overage if you exceed your plan's allowance ($1 per 10 GB per month, billed in 10 GB blocks based on peak usage in the period), with notifications at 80% and 100% before any extra charge. Nothing is ever auto-deleted.

Foundation includes 25 GB, Growth includes 100 GB, and Cornerstone includes 250 GB. That's enough for decades of typical board packets, minutes, and financial records. If you exceed your allowance — usually because you're uploading sermon recordings or meeting video — you'll be billed $1 per 10 GB of overage per month, in 10 GB blocks (any partial block rounds up), based on peak usage during the billing period. We notify you at 80% and 100% of your limit before any extra charge, and nothing is ever auto-deleted.

Charging by board size would mean a 3,000-person church with a small executive committee pays the same as a 50-person church plant — and that isn't fair to either of them. Sizing by attendance keeps pricing honest across organizations of every size.

Our pricing already assumes a ministry budget, but if cost is a real barrier for your board, email us. We've been known to make exceptions for the right organizations.

Yes. Month-to-month, no contracts. If you cancel, we'll prepare a complete export — files, chat history, meeting records, and motion logs — for a reasonable fee, and nothing is deleted until you've taken it.

Stripe handles all payments. You can pay by card or ACH. Invoices are available on request. Annual billing comes with a 15% discount.
