Encrypted everywhere
TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest. Encryption keys are managed by AWS KMS and rotated regularly.
Strong authentication
Sign in with Google, Microsoft, or Planning Center (Apple coming soon). PKCE-protected OAuth and short-lived sessions — MFA is inherited from your identity provider. Your password stays with your provider; we never see or store it.
Tight isolation
Every request is scoped to your organization and checked for membership before any data is returned. Queries can't reach across tenants, even by accident.

Permissions follow roles, not people
When someone joins or leaves your board, their access changes automatically. No more orphaned shares or forgotten ex-members with admin rights.
Complete audit trail
Every file edit is logged with the user and timestamp. Every motion vote is cryptographically sealed. You can answer "who changed what, when?" for any document.
Backups you can rely on
Continuous database backups with 30-day point-in-time recovery. Tested restore procedures. Files versioned automatically.
No data sale, no AI training
Your board's data is yours. We don't sell it. We don't train models on it. We don't share it with anyone unless legally compelled — and we'll fight overbroad requests.
Never locked in
Your data is always yours. Ask for a complete export of your files, chat, and motion logs anytime — we prepare it for you for a reasonable fee, and we never delete it without first giving you the chance to take it.
